[Remote] GoLang Developer Description
Our client in the information technology industry is looking for a creative and self-directed GoLang Developer to add to their team in the United States. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting code, as well as interacting with remote users to diagnose issues. Ideal candidates will be able to create elegant, efficient, and testable code for our client’s “single pane of glass” product. Our client is looking for an individual with proven experience writing Go language and a solid understanding of Git version control. If you are curious to expand your coding skills and keen to work as part of a dynamic team environment, this could be a great fit for you.

[Remote] GoLang Developer Responsibilities
- Write scalable, robust, and easy-to-maintain code
- Translate requirements into high-performance products
- QA design for errors
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure smooth DevOps workflows
- Interact with remote users to diagnose issues
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
[Remote] GoLang Developer Qualifications
- 2 years of experience working in programming required (open source a plus)
- Demonstrable proficiency in Go programming required
- Solid understanding of UNIX Operating Systems (processes, memory, filesystem)
- Knowledge of REST and Websocket APIs, as well as Git version control, required
