About the Role
This role will partner with the product, commercial, and clinical teams to drive the go-to-market activities for our growing product portfolio. In this role, you will own product launches and development of sales enablement content and programming to effectively engage our prospects throughout the sales cycle. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will help develop strategic product messaging and content that demonstrate our competitive advantages, position us effectively to prospective buyers, and help support our value proposition to existing clients.
You'll be responsible for delivering the foundational work required to launch new features and products to our employer benefits, consultant, and health plan clients. You will leverage market insights to define personas, messaging, and product strategies, then drive the cross-functional execution of those tactics.

Responsibilities
- Launch products to new segments including the development of personas, messaging, GTM strategy and enablement materials.
- Build external advocates within the sales and client services teams, who can confidently tell the story of your products.
- Connect client and market insights to advocate for client needs and prioritize improvements that drive market adoption for our products.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Employers and Health Plan prospects and client base.
- Collaborate with the Sales Ops team to develop compelling sales enablement materials.
- Ensure that the Sales team is current on our latest product positioning and packaging, and maintain an active library of customized materials in support of the go-to-market strategy.
- Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally across our Commercial and Product teams to develop differentiated and compelling value propositions and messaging that helps convert, retain and grow.
Qualifications
- 3 years of Product Marketing or B2B Marketing or Sales experience in technology or healthcare.
- Employer and Health Plan (Payer) marketing experience is a strong plus (marketing to or client side experience).
- Data-driven storytelling ability with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Helping drive alignment across different stakeholders gets you excited.
- Strong organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance and execute multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.
