JOB DESCRIPTION:

Twin Resources, Inc. is a large design build landscape construction and maintenance company located in Monmouth County serving the Tri-State area.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations of the Irrigation /Lighting Division. Applicant must exhibit strong leadership skills and be capable of managing multiple installations and service crews.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

·         Material acquisition prior to start of each project

·         Job tracking from start to finish

·         Manage budgeted crew hours & material costs

·         Prioritize and completed work & service requests

·         Motivate employees and crews

·         Mentor and train employees

·         Resolve field issues & questions from foreman & project managers

·         Submit completed service requests & work order for billing

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Participate and Contribute to Twin’s initiatives.

·         Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with external clients and associates on a consistent basis

·         Excellent time and project management skills.

·         Other duties assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position is responsible for assigning, reviewing and checking the work of other employees.

·         Foreman

·         Laborers

SATURDAY WORKDAYS:

·         Saturdays are required during the following months from March to November.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

·         HS Diploma

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum 7-10 years of experience/knowledge in irrigation/lighting

·         Minimum 5 Years management experience.

·         Ability to speak Spanish.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·         Landscape Irrigation Certification a plus.
