Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for children and parents
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care, including implementing behavior management techniques when necessary

- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring a fun and enriching experience
- Collaborate with staff to create a positive environment for children to learn and grow
Skills:
- Previous experience in childcare or related field
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with health club or gym environments
- CPR certification is a plus
- Ability to engage children in various activities such as games, climbing, introduction to sports, etc.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents
