Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Staff Product Manager to lead the Privacy product team. You will own and set the vision for the end-to-end advertiser and user experience. You’ll be responsible for directly contributing to the Privacy platform, as well as managing a small team of Privacy PMs.
You’ll work very closely with the PMs in the revenue (#Goldbird) as well as consumer (#Bluebird) organizations. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Design, Research, Data Science, Engineering, Legal and other teams to establish and implement a roadmap that helps our advertisers and users meet their business and personal goals. You’ll also be an internal champion for excellent end-to-end customer experience, and for balancing high execution speed with high quality product.
Qualifications
- You have a history of delivering customer-centric products.
- You have relevant demonstrated ability in the privacy space.
- You have an understanding of the mobile ads ecosystem.
- You have an understanding of the intersection of data, privacy, and the regulatory environment and its impacts on digital advertising.
- You have a history of shipping products used by product, engineering, legal teams, and product counsel.
- You are dedicated to keeping the customer at the center of all product decisions that are made to improve the overall experience.
- You know how to combine data, research, and your own judgement, to prioritize and make rational product decisions.
- You have a solid understanding of engineering and technical depth that lets you understand and earn the respect of world-class engineers.
- You have good communication skills and excel at translating customer problems & ideas into product requirements.
- You facilitate thoughtful and constructive conversations between members of your team and product engineering teams.
- You receive feedback openly and graciously, and deliver feedback to your team or other partners in ways that are respectful and useful.
- You are accountable and communicative when it comes to meeting deadlines and ship dates.
- You enjoy making difficult things happen, and solving the many challenges along the way.
- You are patient, determined, flexible, and open-minded.
- You have unimpeachable ethics and excellent judgment.
- You have a computer science, engineering, or technical background, or experience being the product lead for a highly technical team.
- You have been a part of Industry groups, and worked with peer companies on initiatives.
- You have 7 years of product management experience or related industry experience.
- You have 1 years of team management experience including a track record of hiring and growing a successful and diverse product team, including creating an inclusive, supportive, and team oriented culture.
