Design Assistant

Two Blind Guys is a leader in the St. Louis Window Treatment industry in the St. Louis, MO Area. We specialize in custom window treatments: blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. Our company is looking for a full-time design assistant to work directly with our design team.

As a design assistant, you will:

• Communicate daily with customers on the phone, through email, and through our texting/web chat platforms
• Assist with scheduling design consultations at the showrooms
• Engage daily with the design consultant team to identify daily objectives
• Greet customers in the showroom and assist with the pre-planning process of discussing their window treatment project
• Assist the sales team in-showroom in to help identify the right product to match the customer’s personal style, functional needs, and budget
• Various office duties including filing paperwork, organizing samples, returning phone calls, checking in swatches and samples

Requirements:

• 0-2 years experience in the home related industry
• High school diploma required
• Bachelors degree preferred

Two Blind Guys is an exclusive Hunter Douglas Window Fashions Dealer.
