You are interested in growing your career and have obtained one or more relevant certifications so you can take on more complex repair and maintenance work using your EPA, CPO, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications or technical degrees that this property needs.
You want to positively impact people’s lives by proactively addressing routine maintenance and the general cleanliness of the property, including resident amenities such as the pool and clubhouse.
Your friendly and efficient approach is perfect when engaging with residents in their units and about the property. You are committed to creating a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for our residents with a safety-first approach to everything you do.
