Two Maids & A Mop is looking for a detailed oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills for for an Assistant Office Manager position in its Naperville Illinois location! 

We are growing and are in search of one awesome, friendly, hard-working, reliable, trustworthy Assistant Office Manager. The ideal applicant is a professional who will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to exceed objectives. This individual assists and  and monitors all day to day decisions within the Naperville office.  The following attributes are critical:

  • You must be a natural born salesperson / consultant. Selling our service will be one of your most important responsibilities, so expect to sell us on why you should become our next Manager!
  • You must have prior management or training experience and love helping people succeed.
  • You must have scheduling / routing experience. Failing to plan is planning to fail.
  • You must be proficient in using Excel & Word and be comfortable with other computer applications. 
  • You must be very organized and a self-starter. This is a fast paced business and requires leadership responsibility.
  • You will be trained in our cleaning techniques and may need to assist in homes, and or train others as the schedule requires.

Paid training - Mileage reimbursement - Unlimited Income Potential!

The position also has a few basic requirements:

  • Be available Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Weekends not required but may be an opportunity. We will mutually determine what hours are best for you and this position.
  • Provide your own dependable transportation, with valid drivers license & insurance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a nationwide criminal background check and drug screen.

Our unique compensation structure allows our managers to literally have unlimited income potential. The position starts at $15.00 per hour, and based on performance will lead to a salaried position with unlimited income potential.
