What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Supervisor position at Two Rivers Wellness?
The Floor Supervisor position is ideal for individuals with both retail management experience and a cannabis background. A base knowledge of cannabis and state regulations is a must, as is a strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for cannabis!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the budtenders, and ensure store protocol is followed consistently.
- Perform company business in accordance with all regulations, labelling guidelines, policies and procedures
- Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times
- Educate, train, and engage employees
- Meet or exceed targets and metrics within dispensary bonus program through market planning, report findings, efficient coaching and collaborations with management
- Motivate the team and lead by example
- Work closely with management to set and accomplish key sales goals
A flexible day/night schedule is ideal. You must be able to work closing shifts on certain days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
