Position Overview: We are seeking a Virtual Assistant Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fearless in making cold calls, persistent in follow-ups, and undeterred by rejection. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thick skin, and a relentless drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Engage prospects in conversations to guide them to the topic at hand
Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
Follow up on leads to move them through the process and get them under contract
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.*
Continuously develop and refine calling scripts and strategies.
Provide regular feedback on call results and market insights.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling and sales.
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilience and a positive attitude towards rejection.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.*
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
Experience in the call center industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

What We Offer:
$125 per week compensation plus $500 per completion of a successful closed deal
