Principal Architect

We're looking for a Principal Architect to join our established clients team in Miami, someone with deep expertise in large-scale retail and mixed-use developments who can build on an already impressive portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects: Take charge of significant retail and mixed-use development projects, including redeveloping large-scale retail environments and integrating them into dynamic urban areas. Be the driving force behind projects that balance commercial viability with community value.
• Business Development: Leverage existing relationships in the retail sector to attract new clients and deepen trust with current partners. You'll work closely with both local and international developers, building trust to see projects through to completion.
• Client & Project Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized while managing both design and project delivery. This role requires a balance of design expertise and operational oversight.
• Collaborate with Local Architects: Work in tandem with local architects to ensure projects comply with regional regulations while maintaining design integrity.

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with a strong background in retail and mixed-use developments.
• Proven ability to foster and grow client relationships with developers, locally and internationally.
• Experience with multi-family residential, hotels, and hospitality projects is a strong advantage.
• Ability to handle both the design and project management elements of developments.
• A solid reputation for delivering high-quality, large-scale projects that meet client needs and timelines.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of business development and marketing.
