This is a full-time, twelve-month administrative position reporting to the Director for Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with faculty members, program administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure that credentials and evaluation activities align with program goals, accreditation standards, Board Policy, and evidence based best practices.
1. Develop and maintain a Faculty Credentials Database to ensure compliance with SACSCOC standards and Board Policy;
2. Develop and maintain a Faculty Hiring Credentials Database to ensure compliance with SACSCOC standards and Board Policy;
3. Maintain the program review process for academic programs;
4. Maintain a program accreditation database that tracks programmatic accreditation across campus;
5. Provides support in preparing substantive changes;
6. Supports the General Education and Assessment Committees;
7. Tracks strategic plan data collection;
8. Tracks changes in Board Policy and communicates relevant changes to the Director for Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation;
9. Serves on College committees as assigned;
10.Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education/Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of experience in higher
education; masters preferred
2. Strong oral and written skills
3. Demonstrated ability to develop databases using Microsoft products
