T yler Technologies Enterprise Justice Division is seeking an experienced Agile Coach with expertise in Scrum at Scale to join our dynamic company. As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's Agile transformation and scaling efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and training to promote effective adoption and implementation of Scrum at Scale methodologies. Your deep understanding of agile principles, Scrum, and scaling techniques will enable you to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement across our organization.

Responsibilities
- Act as a catalyst for Agile transformation and scaling efforts by promoting and facilitating the adoption of Scrum at Scale methodologies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to product development teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and scaling techniques.
- Assist in defining and implementing Agile frameworks, processes, and best practices across teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistency.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to promote understanding and mastery of Scrum at Scale practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges, impediments, and bottlenecks in the Agile development process, ensuring timely resolution.
- Mentor and support Scrum Masters in their role, helping them navigate complex situations, optimize team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Help monitor team performance and help define metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies to enhance team productivity, quality, and delivery.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and self-organization, encouraging teams to embrace agile principles and values.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging Agile practices, and scaling frameworks to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with organizational leadership to align strategic goals with Agile practices, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- When necessary act as Scrum Master and/or Scrum of Scrums Master for one or more teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and values, Scrum, and Scrum at Scale methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of scaling techniques such as Scrum at Scale, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, or other frameworks.
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams at various stages of Agile adoption, from beginner to advanced.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve impediments to Agile transformation and scaling.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Registered Scrum Professional, Registered Scrum at Scale Practitioner, etc) are highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
