Tyler Technologies has an immediate opening for an Associate UX Designer. This role is responsible for the user experience of Tyler Courts & Justice applications which includes all facets of the UX lifecycle from prototype to implementation. This position plays an important role in the presentation of the Tyler product suite by designing efficient, simple, and effective user experiences for a wide variety of courts and justice customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, interface design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, UX bootcamp or equivalent.
Up to two years of experience.
Ability to clearly demonstrate and articulately communicate business problem-solving using UX design portfolio.
Curious, analytical, creative, and patient; a strong willingness to learn and a passion for designing great experiences for our users.
A basic grasp of user-centered design and research methodologies, design systems, usability, and accessibility concerns.
Experience creating UX artifacts, including user interface designs, prototypes, and user flows.
Proficiency utilizing tools such as Figma or Sketch.
A portfolio is required.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is desired.
Exposure to Agile methodology and practices is desired.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
State Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements for Colorado, Connecticut, and Nevada
Salary will generally fall between $56,648 - $80,439 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
