Job Description
As Lead Product Analyst, you will work with teammates with a shared passion for creating impactful experiences for our local government clients and their constituents. You'll provide context to complex system requirements, producing quality and timely output on high-visibility projects aligned with customer needs to software enhancement with little direction from senior staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide Business Value by solving market problems of wide-ranging scope and complexity to meet clients and potential client's needs.
- Create plans and strategies to achieve the product objectives as related to the product area, including published product roadmaps that will articulate the product direction to both internal departments and external customers.
- Gather requirements of wide-ranging scope and complexity from a variety of sources to support product development process.
- Research and analyze projects for new features based on system requirements defined by business system's owners.
- May provide sales support by assisting in responding to RFPs as well as potentially performing on-site demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the appropriate Tyler teams to help design, develop, and successfully launch changes within the product area.
- Proactively communicate with senior management on the product's performance, any major issues with the products or any changes in the market or competition as related to the product area.
- Contribute to the advancement of the team environment through integrity, leadership, and continuous knowledge transfer.
- May assist and give guidance to less experienced staff.
- Learn and analyze client business requirements, enhancing knowledge as experience grows in the position.
- Embrace learning and growth to gain expertise and grow in position.
- Occasional travel required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Computer Sciences, Management Information Science, or Business. Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software or related experience including but not limited to writing and documenting client specifications.
- Proven track record influencing product direction.
- Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM development processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle and associated methodologies helpful.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills involving communicating technical and non-technical information in writing and verbally.
- Basic knowledge and experience with data modeling, relational databases concepts, and understanding SQL queries.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team as well as across functional groups.
- Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of French is a bonus
