Responsibilities
- Packing and shipping booth cases with correct pieces for the event
- Tracking shipments and scheduling pickups
- Communicating show details to assigned sales reps via pre-show informative emails or calls
- Inventory management for booth materials, collateral, raffle prizes, etc.
- Supporting some creative deliverables, specifically by receiving TyCAT training to help manage projects such as:
- Program and magazine ads
- Looping videos to play on screens in the booth
- Graphics for signs, banner ads, program listings, etc
