Administrative Associate

Job Description:

The Administrative Associate is responsible for the administrative functions of the company. This position will work closely with the President and Vice President to support all administrative needs of the company. The Administrative Associate will assist in the administrative functions of the company. This position will work closely with the President and Vice President to support all administrative functions of the company. This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the administrative office, including but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling meetings, filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior experience in a professional office environment preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and maintain attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at hand.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
