The Full Stack Developer will develop both front- and back-end operations on websites and computer systems that Tyndale utilizes for its existing and future IT projects. You will evaluate the needs of users and analyze technical issues to program highly functional systems. The Full Stack Developer will work with our technical stakeholders on various IT projects, as well as collaborate with existing IT development staff.

HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Tyndale headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) for onsite work 1 day a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
  • Create, design and maintain various software applications
  • Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existing projects
  • Develop brand-new software solutions to fulfill project requirements
  • Support Testing efforts, including creating or modifying existing unit tests.
  • Respond to support requests for bugs & issues reported.
  • Maintain software modifications/branches using Git/Bitbucket.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future IT products and services.
  • Adhere to industry best practices & standards for Agile/Scrum Frameworks adopted by our organization; this includes (but is not limited to) daily stand-ups, grooming, planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, demos, and analytics via systems (JIRA) administration to directly support initiatives set by Product Management and the company.

Qualifications:

  • 4 Plus years in C#, .Net/.Net Core application development
  • Skilled in Angular, Angular2 , TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, Git
  • Experience working and integrating front end applications with RESTful Middle-Tier Applications.
  • Strong knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and web design principles.
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as Powershell.
  • Worked with WinForms development, and console apps.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Familiarity with common programming design patterns and best practices
  • Experience developing Wireframes, Storyboards, and Mockups.
  • Experience with enterprise queueing systems, such as RabbitMQ
  • Write high quality code following clean code principles

Skills

  • Developed / worked with a microservice architecture
  • Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Graph database experience a plus.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and related processes; exposure to JIRA tools.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self Motivated / Ability to Dig in and Analyze existing code
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, with various challenges, and the ability to adapt.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders;
  • Analytic and detail-oriented mindset;
  • Must be proactive, especially towards researching and problem-solving;
