Summary /Objective
The Marketing Coordinator helps develop and execute marketing plans to support the overall business goals. Responsibilities include creating content, identifying new marketing opportunities, coordinating events, and maintaining relationships with partners and clients. The role also involves assisting with budgeting and creating key marketing documents and materials.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Retail Marketing Support:
- Assist in creating marketing assets tailored for retail partners, including signage, displays, promotional materials, and other in-store collateral.
- Coordinate with the design team and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Digital Advertising & Analytics:
- Collaborate on the development and deployment of digital advertising campaigns for retail partners.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize future strategies.
- Ensure digital content aligns with retail partner branding and promotional guidelines.
Content Creation:
- Support the development of engaging content for retail campaigns, including social media, email, and web assets.
- Coordinate photoshoots and other creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
Campaign and Event Logistics:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
- Provide logistical support for events, including vendor coordination, material preparation, and on-site assistance as needed.
Sales Support:
- Serve as a resource for sales representatives, providing marketing materials and addressing ad-hoc marketing requests.
- Ensure alignment between sales goals and marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and content marketing.
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Adobe Acrobat (Editing/Managing PDF Documents), Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is a plus
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing
- 1-3 years working in a marketing coordination or similar role
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
