To learn more, visit www.U.Group. Role Summary  We are looking for a well-rounded, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our award-winning Creative Team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, and committed to great work, with the ability to work both individually and collaboratively. You must be capable of conceptualizing and designing for print, presentation, and digital environments.     You will take the lead on design projects, with the expectation of completing all facets of ideation, problem solving, design, and production, as well as the responsibility for adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your skills and experiences should allow for a solid understanding of current design trends, technologies and best practices for both print and digital.    Your portfolio should present strong design samples that reflect a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of design, typography, and the power of a visual storytelling in both print (brand, collateral, presentations, etc.) and digital (web, tablet, mobile, etc.). You must have advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Professional—After Effects and motion/video skills are a plus). You should also have advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Responsibilities will include developing visually compelling PowerPoint presentations used at the Senior Executive level.    We need someone who is adaptable and can handle ambiguity with a positive attitude and the drive to learn, grow, and constantly improve.
