Become part of a team:
U-Haul is seeking a field recruiter to provide support to our rental and storage centers, assembly plants and repair centers across the US and Canada. In this role you will act as the subject matter expert on recruiting and assist when needed with job postings, finding applicants, scheduling interviews, organizing job fairs, technical issues, and general recruiting related needs.
Daily tasks include:
- Answer calls, emails and other communication from the field related to recruiting
- Develop relationships with assigned field locations
- Take ownership of staffing needs for assigned locations with the goal of getting fully staffed
- Communicate with field management and recruiting team regarding best practices, issues, or trends
- Travel when needed to assist with recruiting efforts on site (< 25%)
- Maintain a pipeline of applicants for field locations
- Continuously look for process improvements and new recruiting tools
- Gather feedback from the field on recruiting
Requirements
- Previous recruiting or support experience
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Prior experience using Workday is preferred
- Some technical knowledge and ability to walk someone through a technical problem

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
