Financial Management Analyst

About the Position: Serve as the Financial Management Analyst for the HQ Army Contracting Command (ACC), Deputy Chief of Staff, Resource Management, G8.

ACC delivers contracting solutions in order to support the Army and unified land operations - anytime and anywhere. ACC enables Army readiness through global, expeditionary contracting support to warfighters engaged in military operations, weapon systems acquisition, life cycle management, sustainment and acquisition of goods and services.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing management and direction for assigned financial systems to include Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Defense Travel System (DTS), and the Government Travel Card (GTC) program for the command's staff directorates, centers, and command; Perform Management Control Audits on DTS, ATAAPS, and Travel Cards usage during the fiscal year. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11).
