What are the responsibilities and job description for the Active Duty Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner position at U.S. Army Medical Department?
As an active duty Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide the highest level of care to Soldiers in rehabilitation programs, mental health clinics, and combat stress units. You’ll also work alongside experts in your field to conduct counseling, crisis intervention, and critical incident debriefings to provide world-class treatment and care for our Soldiers.
This position will require you to go through officer training and relocate to an active duty base (all relocation costs covered)
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to pass to pass moral and physical screening
Must have a US license
Must be board eligible or certified
Must have 1 year of experience in Psych NP. (can start application process with 6 months.)
Must be under the age of 50
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
