U.S. Bank is looking for a .NET Engineer to join our collections and recovery technology team. In this role, the .NET Engineer will be part of an Agile team, supporting multiple .NET applications.

The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products.
- Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code.
- Consistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs.
- Makes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront.
- Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards. Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures.
- Accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices.
- Exhibits relentless focus in software reliability engineering standards embedded into development standards.
- Embraces emerging technology opportunities and contributes to the best practices in support of the bank's technology transformation.
- Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Reviews tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery. Anticipates and communicates blockers and delays before they require escalation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Full stack development
- Good communication skills
- Object oriented analysis and design and familiar with web design patterns like Page-Controller and Front-Controller patterns
- Experience in .Net Core development, Containerization of Apps for Cloud deployment and build automation with Jenkins and Microservices development
- Experience with Angular JS and React
- Good knowledge and experience of working in .Net Framework 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 with XML based development using Visual Studio 2005, 2008 and 2010.
- Experience in ASP.Net C#, Win Forms, Silver light 3.0 Windows Services, WCF, Web API, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, SharePoint 2007 basics. SSRS, Innate 4.1, Asp.Net MVC 4.0, Responsive Web Design, Angular JS, Protractor.
-Experience in client-side technologies like JavaScript, JQuery, XSL and XML.
- Operating Systems: Windows 2000/XP/2003 server/2008 server, 2010 server
