Qualifications:
GS-9 level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-8 level.
Specialized experience is:
- Knowledge of techniques, regulations, and requirements related to quality assurance programs for facilities maintenance processes.
- Interpreting technical data, data analysis, and regulations.
- Knowledge of fact finding or investigative and inspection techniques to analyze and evaluate facts.
- Explaining expressed technical information, requirements and specifications to quality problems to individuals or groups effectively.
- Documenting findings and developing recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements.
OR
Two full years of graduate education
OR
a Master's Degree meets the requirements for GS-9.
