Position Summary:

Monarch Power Systems is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join its team in Fairfield, NJ. Responsibility within the role consists of handling all aspects of the power distribution business segment in both sales and service. Establishes and maintains superior customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

• Reviews jobs turned over by estimators for accuracy, uploads into JM contract documents and schedules for the Service Department.
• Enters HOLD orders with the vendors
• Reviews returned submittals and addresses all comments, develops close out packages, issues maintenance contracts and secures LTMs.
• Handles any request for changes to the job from Sales through to Service.
• Manage client projects and timelines while ensuring timely communications with clients.
• Releases the job for shipment and provides the customer with shipping information and dispatching for Service.
• Confirms that jobs are billed accurately and completely.
• Service entry of POs to match invoicing.
• Addresses customer complaints and/or inquiries promptly to assure equitable resolution and to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Project positive, professional image of the company in all communications with customers, vendors and suppliers.

Preferred & Required Skills:

• Preferred knowledge of electrical construction industry
• Required skills of: timeline management, Microsoft office capabilities, organization skill sets, grammar.
• Required to demonstrate ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with customers, vendors and suppliers.
• Preferred of 2 years' experience within the electrical industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent. Post high school education or related training is preferred.
