The general duties as a Client Support Analyst for U.S. Legal Support include being a vital part of ensuring success for the scheduling team while building relationships with our clients. The Client Support Analyst must be detailed oriented and guarantee a seamless client experience from scheduling to witness appearance.
Essential Job Functions:
Handle large volume of calendared confirmations from clients via email and by phone
Pay close attention to detail regarding any changes or modifications to calendared proceedings
Ability to communicate clearly via email, phone and in person
Clearly communicate with scheduling staff on any specific client’s needs or request
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and carry out assigned work by end of day
Actively look for ways to assist peers when task permitted
Strong phone, customer service and team-oriented skills required
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Reliability to perform tasks daily without interruption
