Below are some daily tasks that are essential to your success as a Client Support Specialist:
• Handle a large volume of conference room requests from clients via email
• Pay close attention to detail regarding any reserving conference rooms nationally and internationally for proceedings
• Ability to communicate clearly via email, phone, and in person
• Clearly communicate with scheduling staff on any specific client’s needs or request
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and carry out assigned work by end of the day
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service and team-oriented skills required
• Reliability to perform tasks daily without interruption
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Internet research
All you need to be a Client Support Specialist is 3 years of prior customer service experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Service and legal experience is a bonus!
