Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations professional to join our growing team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This person will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end optimization and governance of marketing systems and processes at U.S. Legal Support. They will manage all marketing operations with the main focus of enabling and enhancing efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with sales initiatives. Manage all marketing automation programs including setup and optimization for lead generation and conversions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and excels in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:

5 years’ marketing operations experience
-
Deep understanding of B2B data and campaign reporting requirements and best practices, with the ability to collaborate on analytics models, reporting tools, and return on investment analysis

Have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise lead generation standard methodologies such as lead capture, lead scoring models, lead nurturing programs, and how data flows through multiple marketing applications and platforms

Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills, with experience working with multiple teams and managing multiple projects

Administrative level experience and mastery of HubSpot, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, etc.

Deep understanding of the architecture of MQL / marketing funnels, including how to build from scratch, conversions across stages, etc.

Experienced building workflows to automate and reduce manual processes

Are a wizard in excel and databases manipulation

Extremely organized, detail-oriented and analytical
Essential Job Functions:

Oversee the end-to-end optimization and governance of marketing systems and processes at U.S. Legal Support

Manage all marketing operations with the main focus of enabling and enhancing efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with sales initiatives

Evaluate the current marketing tech stack and put forward recommendations on improvements and optimizations
-
Uncover hidden obstacles to growth and work with the broader team to address them

Manage marketing tools and processes to ensure data quality, build reports and execute campaigns at scale
-
Manage KPIs that track progress to marketing plan and drive course corrections based on busines, market, channel and employee dynamics

Develop an overall framework for how to execute email and nurture programs
-
Implement, monitor, and improve the company’s email marketing strategy
-
Work with the marketing team to create emails, forms, reports, and other related infrastructure to support campaigns

Support and project manage demand-generating marketing campaigns including but not limited to events, direct mail, webinars, and other account-based initiatives (ABM)

Work closely with Sales Technology Manager, helping with ongoing maintenance, training, employee onboarding and offboarding

Supervise marketing tech stack integrations to ensure data is flowing as designed between systems

Implementation and management of ongoing key marketing systems, such as Asana, Hubspot and Salesforce, and leading the integration with the sales department

Prepare and present key marketing KPI insights and data on relevant marketing operations to the senior marketing operations management and executive marketing personnel

Document requirements, definitions & processes for key data points that drive audience targeting & reporting

Work with sales operations on critical operational issues that affect the whole organization

Drive a tight connection to Finance to consistently meet or exceed budget commitment
