NOW HIRING for urgent need position as a Engineman with the US Navy! This is an ENTRY LEVEL position, therefore no experience or certifications are required to apply.
Enginemen (EN) control the operation of diesel engines used for ship propulsion and to generate electrical power and align fuel, water, and air piping systems; clean, lubricate, adjust, test, and perform other preventive maintenance on diesel engines, reduction gears, air compressors, hydraulic or pneumatic clutches, steering engines, and controllable pitch propeller systems; repair or overhaul diesel engines, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and control devices used with diesel engines and gas turbines; and make entries into and analyze machinery operating records and reports
PAID TRAINING IS INCLUDED WITH ALL ACCEPTED APPLICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION.
The ideal candidate will be:
17-39 years old
A US Citizen/I551 holder
High School Diploma/GED
No felony convictions
Be able to pass a drug test, and background check as applicable under state and federal laws
Be able to pass an Eighth grade level basic aptitude test
Be willing to relocate
