Job responsibilities
- Support the delivery of MAP’s Onboarding & Training strategy by collaborating with teams and partners to understand needs; designing and executing programs and curriculum; and measuring and reporting impact.
- Manage MAP learning content by auditing existing learning materials; reviewing and editing final drafts; adapting content to changing learner needs; validating content with subject matter experts; aligning content with business goals and initiatives; maintaining consistency through quality control measures; and providing project status updates to stakeholders.
- Implementing standards and governance for content development and maintenance; communicating standardized processes to teams to ensure operational continuity; identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for solutions.
- Drive the design, implementation, and adoption of a learning management system (LMS) and serve as platform owner and administrator.
- Establish and maintain evaluation methods and metrics to validate knowledge transfer and return on investment.
- Support the delivery of MAP’s Onboarding & Training strategy by collaborating with teams and partners to understand needs; designing and executing programs and curriculum; and driving continuous improvement.
- Drive the continuous improvement and execution of the New Associate Onboarding program to enable a great welcome experience for new associates and set them up for success in their role.
- Facilitating learning and training sessions in various modalities: in person, virtual, self-paced e-courses
- Refining existing systems and processes, and setting up new processes as required, including support in preparing annual L&D budget requests; creating and updating a training calendar; tracking training attendance; and capturing feedback on training programs.
