About the Role
As an IT Specialist I of the SaaS Product, you will maintain Uber Freight relationships with existing SaaS customers as well as assist the on-boarding team with a successful go-live for new SaaS customers using your knowledge and expertise of the Uber Freight TMS. You will be part of a team who cover a wide range of accounts dealing with varying requests/situations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, superb business judgment, and a propensity to dive deep and solve complex problems. They will have a bias for action, be a self-starter used to working with a high degree of autonomy and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail.
