Qualifications:

5 years of working experience is required.
Engagement Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional business initiatives from a project management perspective that involve significant change management.
Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and tackle large groups of tasks across multiple workstreams with a large stakeholder audience.
Solid communication skills. Must be able to engage senior leaders and functional heads in resolving challenging situations.
Self-motivated, driven with strong bias toward action. We need to create a sense of urgency and push for rapid results.
Can manage confidential information, sensitive situations, experience with HR highly preferred.
Required Experience:
BA/BS required.
5 years of working experience.
Experience working on hybrid work, HR Transformation, and/or HR Systems Projects
Management consulting and/or industry experience across location strategy and real estate is a plus.
Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.
Strong experience with Monday.com, or equivalent PPM tools and experience working with complex Project Plans.
A proven track record of successfully delivering professional services where there are complex situations and an unstructured fast-moving environment.
