Your team
You’ll be working in the Logistics Technology team as an SAP Concur technical implementation and support specialist. This will include the ongoing technical support and change for the SAP Concur application and also ownership of the L3 support for the service. The SAP Concur rollout is an important initiative in UBS for compliance purposes and to simplify the Expense Management process in UBS. You will be part of our team to rollout the Concur product across UBS locations and to ensure Production availability for this key application. You will be based in Nashville TN and work closely with the technical team in India and with business stakeholders globally.

Your expertise
- ideally 7-12 years of experience, preferably in similar industry
- strong knowledge and support experience with SAP Concur and the Expense Management process
- track record in working in implementation and L3 support team
- experienced in analysis, design, development, testing and support/troubleshooting
- a great communicator, ability to interact with business users at all levels internally and externally
- an expert at collaboration, building networks and connections
