- coordinate across business units to support the execution of specific testing scenarios
- support a dispersed team of testers to achieve desired output
- manage the collection, documentation and tracking of test results
- participate in front to back test scenario execution (entry, workflow, approval)
- review training materials and monitor alignment to testing experience
- support project management with documentation and production of status and forecast reports
- advise on potential analytical approaches

Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas Platform (WMAP) Business team in Weehawken, NJ. In your role, you will work with a team responsible to manage and coordinate a large body of work.

Your expertise
- ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail brokerage sector
- project management experience using Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodology
- good understanding of operational processes in financial services
- previously supported testing phases of initiatives
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience
- inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting needs
