Functions as a member of the Interventional Radiology Team, operates Radiographic-angiographic equipment, special procedures auxiliary equipment, and physiologic recorder. Perform general diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic exams using fixed equipment while following radiology filming protocols and polices. Contributes to and participates in work organization, training and evaluation of staff as a member of self-directed work teams.
This open position is for a 90% FTE Full Time schedule.
- BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART w/in 6 months of hire date
- California Radiology Technologist- Fluoroscopy (CRT-F) License
- California Radiology Technologist- Radiography (CRT-R) License
- Registered Technologist for Radiography issued by ARRT
- Required PACS, Operating Room, Fluoroscopy, diagnostic knowledge
- Experience in diagnostic angiographic procedures, complex vascular and nonvascular interventional and therapeutic procedures
- On the job training provided by the CT modality.
- Demonstrated and applied knowledge of the principles of radiation safety.
- Cross trained and competent in computerized tomographic procedures.
- Two (2) years of interventional/angiographic radiology experience.
- Cross trained and competent in computerized tomographic procedures.
- Neuro experience preferred.
- Knowledge of sterile fields.
- EPIC Radiant.
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $120,478 - $149,835 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $57.70 - $71.76
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
