Director of Operations, Women's Track & Field / Cross Country

UCF Athletics at the University of Central Florida, an NCAA Division I institution and American Athletic Conference (The American), is seeking applications for the position of Director of Operations, Women's Track & Field / Cross Country.

The selected candidate will assist the Head Women's Track & Field / Cross Country Coach with the administration and direction of the nationally competitive women's track & field / cross country program, with emphasis on academic and athletic excellence. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the administrative functions of: scheduling; budget; travel; monitoring student-athlete academic progress; compliance; meet management; community service; and alumni relations.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year appropriate experience. Prefer NCAA Division I (or higher) experience as an administrator, coach, or student-athlete. Strong attention to detail and communication (written/verbal) skills also preferred. As a UCF Athletics staff member, the selected candidate will be a person of integrity and character who shares a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules as they apply to the UCF Athletics program.
