Under the direction of the Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer and/or Chief Pharmacy Officer, you will be responsible for directing our pharmacy business and financial management within the Ambulatory Infusion practice areas (e.g., Cancer). This involves implementing and maintaining the financial and business goals/objectives which assure fiscally viable and optimal service delivery. You will support strategic planning and provide administrative leadership to ensure the achievement of strategic plans, financial budgets, informatics support, operational efficiency (key performance indicators), and allocation management measurements. You will serve as a liaison between UCLA Health Cancer leadership and pharmacy leaders to create a culture of open communication within a safe and supportive environment.

Annual Salary Range: $109,200 - $275,400

We're seeking a strong, independent leader with current California pharmacist licensure and:

• Four or more years of progressive health system pharmacy leadership experience
• Experience with pharmacy business operations
• Completion of a post-graduate clinical residency (PGY1, PGY2) preferred
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritizing, and decision-making skills
