What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Sales position at UCLA?
The CEB Head of Sales will lead the entire CEB sales department and is responsible for driving new sales and renewals of all CEB Solutions products, print and digital, across all market segments. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Generation, the Head of Sales will manage a team of sales managers that lead individual sales teams focused on specific market or product segments. This key role establishes clear department goals and objectives and spends most of their time managing subordinate supervisors to achieve them. The sales head also makes decisions about team systems and procedures and coordinates their implementation across the entire team, as well as across other closely aligned teams at CEB.

Bachelor Degree and 5 years of relevant experience both selling and managing sales in a subscription business; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Demonstrated expertise of solutions selling and proven ability to manage a pipeline to hit and exceed aggressive sales goals

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in all common Salesforce processes used by sales teams, such as reports, opportunities, email, task management and cases
Required
Demonstrated expertise in solutions sales process and procedures
