What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Rep position at UCLA?
Under the direction of the Program Manager (Program Representative III), the Program Representative II plans, manages implementation, and maintains quality control for all programmatic and operational aspects of evening and weekend courses for the Entertainment Studies program of the Department of the Arts at UCLA Extension. The PRII oversees over 70 music, film, and television related courses annually. Responsibilities include actively supporting the program planning process, working with instructors to coordinate all course logistics, arranging facilities, coordinating with outside vendors and film, tv, and music entities, ordering support services, assisting with student advising, tracking budgets, marketing courses and programs, event support, and assisting with office administration.
