What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Recruitment Specialist position at UCLA?
Under the minimal direction of the Associate Director of External Relations and Recruitment, the Student Recruitment Specialist is responsible for executing 1) Summer Sessions' efforts to maintain and foster a network of national and international relationships with educational institutions, governments, and organizations that are interested in Summer Sessions' academic offerings; 2) short- and long-term non-UC, summer-only student recruitment strategies including but not limited to international and domestic events, affiliate relations, education fairs, and other student engagement events; and 3) quality service delivery and student and affiliate satisfaction to ensure successful long-term relations. The incumbent will analyze national and international trends and Summer Sessions non-UC enrollments, assess return on investment of past efforts, and propose recruitment activities and travels, including budget, that reflect Summer Sessions' priorities.
