Test/Repair Technician --- Portland Oregon
Description - External
onsemi is looking for a Test Equipment and Probe Card Repair Technician to join the team.
This position will perform electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and/or rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. May perform equipment modifications as directed by test/manufacturing engineers.
Qualifications - External
Requirements:
- Prior experience with electrical and/or mechanical equipment repair
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical components
- Associates degree in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline (or currently in progress)
- Several shift options are available
