General Summary
The Brand Advocate will partner with UFP Retail’s business units and other internal teams to identify Ecommerce product opportunities and support a best-in-class consumer experience across multiple Ecommerce channels. This role will be required to build strong internal business relationships and be responsible for analyzing the brand’s online performance and for identifying opportunities for improvement in areas such as product assortment and promotions. The Brand Advocate will also ensure that new and promotional items are optimized and offer support when suppliers need help with online/system troubleshooting. This role will also work closely with the business units to gain alignment on Ecommerce initiatives.
Principal Duties / Responsibilities
- Serve as the Ecommerce liaison for the supported business units on product assortment and pricing
- Create project plans that align with Ecommerce and business units to drive execution of strategy and achieve established goals
- Partner with Ecommerce merchandisers, marketing, and business units to ensure needed information and content is created, available, and gathered for the onboarding process
- Work closely with Ecommerce merchandisers to identify and resolve issues pertaining to online SKU presentation and brand performance
- Provide accurate reporting and insights for assigned business units across Ecommerce channels related to pricing, product information, assortment, and competitive gaps/opportunities
- Work closely with business unit leads and Ecommerce merchandisers to identify promotional opportunities
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in Ecommerce, Online / Retail Merchandising, Digital Marketing or Channel Management
