This is a full-time, onsite position with a convenient Monday - Friday schedule

Position Summary:

The Health Information Analyst establishes and maintains an audit schedule, conducts compliance audits, and may conduct billing statement audits to evaluate network wide compliance with governmental entities such as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The Health Information Analyst is also responsible for carrying out the activities of the Health Information Services Department in the maintenance of all patient medical records information, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies and within The Joint Commission standards for the quality of patient care.

Qualifications

Education:  High school diploma or GED and equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Experience:  Previous experience in information management and direct experience in a health care psychiatric facility preferred.
