Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Summary:
The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for managing and directing the activities of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and facility policy, goals, and objectives. This position contributes to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and quality improvement efforts, while providing guidance to the R.N., BHT, and Program Therapists.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree specializing in social work or a clinical related mental health area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
Licensure: Current behavioral health licensure issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
Additional Requirements: CPR certification, Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the State of Arizona, and Handle with Care training. Thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, OSHA, state and federal regulatory requirements.
