In our Outpatient center, our dedicated, professionally licensed therapists facilitate group therapy focusing on a variety of mental health topics including recovery, relapse prevention and coping skills. Our goal is to reduce the negative symptoms of mental illness and help stabilize individuals in order to live safe and productive lives.

This is a Full-time Clinical position with a focus on Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis treatment to Adult and Adolescents. You will assume responsibility for all aspects of facilitating group therapy, clinical assessment, processing step-down referrals, treatment of designated patients in the Hampton Counseling Center, discharge planning as needed, participation as a member of multidisciplinary treatment team. This position will work with patients live in the counseling center setting and via telehealth, floating between the  Cherry Hill and Westampton Outpatient locations and Access Center, as needed.   

We require that you have a minimum of 1-2 years clinical expertise in group and family therapy.  Previous experience in group therapy, clinical assessment, case management, discharge planning; strong writing and communication skills.

Must have a LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW with 1 year experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group therapy
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Caseload management
• Phone triage and referral processing
• Coordinate care with family and external providers
• Safety planning
• Discharge planning

Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.
