Rolling Hills Hospital is seeking a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to oversee nursing services for the facility. The CNO will provide administrative and clinical supervision over Nursing Services including effective utilization of the nursing process to provide quality patient care, establish Standards of Practice, and provide effective fiscal management of hospital resources. 


Qualifications

Education:

·        Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

·        Graduate or current enrollee of accredited Master’s degree program in nursing, related health care field, or MBA preferred.

 

Licensure/Certification:

·         Current Tennessee State Registered Nurse License

·         Current Tennessee Driver’s License

·         Current CPR Certification

·         Current HWC Certification

 

Experience:

·        Minimum of five years experience in psychiatric, mental health, and/or rehabilitation nursing with a minimum of five years progressive supervisory/management experience in psychiatric, mental; health, and/or rehabilitation nursing. Experience in evaluating staff against the criteria in their job descriptions preferred.
