Responsibilities
This position oversees and coordinates the delivery of clinical services in the residential program.� Develops policies and procedures which ensure a high quality of patient care.� Supervises and trains qualified clinical staff, and oversees the continuous evaluation of the services provided on their clinical programs.� The Director of Clinical Services monitors the quality of treatment provided by the Therapist, and is responsible for licensing supervision of the Therapists.Qualifications
