We are seeking talented individuals to join our energetic, compassionate team of behavioral health professionals in providing clinical excellence to our patients as they strive to meet their treatment goals and work towards an improved quality of life. We are currently considering candidates for our Outpatient Services Director position.
The Director of Outpatient Services is accountable for leadership and strategic management of the Outpatient Services program. In collaboration with the Medical Director and the clinical staff, this position assesses, develops, implements and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. This position provides the leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, and program focused referral development activities.

Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree in social work/mental health/behavioral sciences field preferred.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity.
Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
