Responsibilities
Essential Core Functions:
- Providing administrative support to the CEO, CFO, CNO, and Medical Director.
- Coordinating CEO and Monthly Ops Reports as well as Executive Team, Ops Review & Governing Board Meeting documents, reports, and minutes.
- Drafting correspondence (letters, reports, emails, etc.), contracts, and agreements. Maintaining updated medical/AHP staff roster and provider number directory, master meeting calendar, contract listing, referral source payment listing, and administrative policy listing.
- Compiling daily report of payments and checks received.
- Licensure and permit renewals and survey preparation.
- Answering administrative phone lines and receiving visitors.
- Responsible for medical staff and AHP appointments, enrollments, and orientation coordination.
- Physician/NP liaison including on-call scheduling, coverage, and timekeeping.
- Assists with administrative details on special projects.
Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- Education, Certification/Licensure, and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Executive Assistant capacity. Experience or supervision and health care setting preferred.
- AAS Degree or Certified Professional Secretary certification preferred.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities required
- Good written and verbal communication and organizational skills required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, typing 65 WPM, and shorthand/speedwriting preferred.
